YABATECH HND Full-Time Form (2025/2026)

The Yaba College of Technology’s Higher National Diploma (HND) full-time form for candidates who have completed their National Diploma (ND) at YABATECH or other accredited Polytechnics in Nigeria is now on sale.

Candidates who purchase this form and are granted provisional admission will resume by February or March, 2026. No deadline was announced, but we suggest that you complete the registration as soon as possible.

Entry Requirements

Interested candidates must have the following requirements to apply;

An O-level result with the right subject combination. You can check the YABATECH subject combinations here. 

Additionally, candidates must have completed a National Diploma programme at any accredited polytechnic in Nigeria and have completed one year of compulsory industrial training.

Education transcripts from the previous institution can be sent after the candidate has been admitted into the college.

How to Apply for the YABATECH HND Full-Time Form

Visit the college’s application portal to fill out the form. Make sure you copy your application number and make a payment of 22,500 Naira. After payment, re-login to the portal with your application number and surname as password to complete the form.

Proceed to make payment for O-level verification, then fill in your O-level details correctly. Make sure your exam number, year and grades for each subject are accurate. Print out the application form and keep a copy.

What you Should Know

YABATECH is a competitive school; courses like Mass Communication, Accounting, or Business Administration are in high demand. With a CGPA below 2.5, your chances of getting admitted into the YABATECH HND Full-time programme are low. Although you can apply, you may need to consider other schools as well.

To increase your chances of securing admission, it is advisable to apply to multiple polytechnics, as you are not limited to applying to only one school at a time.

After the admission process ends, you can check out the part-time programme at YABATECH if you were not admitted.
