b. Digital Products

  • Digital products (AI CV writing, templates, and e-guides) are delivered electronically to the email address provided during purchase.
  • Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, it becomes non-refundable.
  • Careermap.ng retains intellectual property rights to all AI-generated content and templates; redistribution or resale is prohibited.

c. Trainings

  • Training fees must be paid in full before access is granted.
  • Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment.
  • Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return Policy.
  • Sharing course materials or session links without permission is strictly prohibited.

d. Services

  • Services like exam registrations and online application assistance require accurate customer information.

  • Once processing has begun, service fees become non-refundable.
