At Careermap.ng, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to deliver digital products and services that meet your expectations. However, because our offerings include digital goods, exam-related services, and training programs, our return and refund policy varies by product type.
Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Exam Pins (e.g., WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, JAMB, etc.)
Eligibility for Refund
Exam pins are digital products and are non-refundable once revealed or delivered to the customer. Refunds can only be processed if:
- The pin has not yet been revealed or accessed by the customer.
- The pin purchased is invalid or unused but unaccepted by the official exam portal, and this can be verified by Careermap.ng.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds will not be issued if the wrong exam type or quantity was purchased by the customer.
- Refunds will not be processed for pins that have already been used or shared.
Resolution Timeline
- Verified refund requests will be processed within 3–5 business days.
2. Digital Products (CV Writing, Templates, E-Guides, etc.)
Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds for digital products (like CVs or e-guides) are only available if:
- The digital file or service was not delivered.
- There is a technical issue on Careermap.ng’s end preventing access to the purchased product.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Once a digital file (CV, guide, or template) has been successfully delivered or downloaded, it is non-refundable.
- Dissatisfaction based on subjective preference (e.g., “I don’t like the design”) does not qualify for a refund.
- For our CV writing services, revisions are offered instead of refunds, up to 2 free revisions per order.
3. Trainings (Online Courses, Career Bootcamps, or Workshops)
Eligibility for Refund
- A full refund may be issued if the participant cancels registration at least 5 days before the training start date.
- If a training session is cancelled or postponed indefinitely by Careermap.ng, customers will receive a full refund or the option to transfer enrollment to another session.
Partial Refunds
- For multi-session trainings, if the participant attended no more than one session, they may be eligible for a 50% refund within 48 hours of the first session.
Non-Refundable Situations
- No refunds will be issued after training materials or recordings have been shared.
- Missed sessions or late attendance by the participant do not qualify for a refund.
4. Services (Exam Registrations, Online Application Fillings, Profile Setups, etc.)
Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds may be approved if:
- The service has not yet been started.
- Careermap.ng fails to deliver the promised service due to internal issues.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Once the registration or application process has been initiated or submitted, no refunds can be made.
- Refunds will not be issued for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
- Administrative or service fees are non-refundable once processing begins.
Resolution Timeline
- Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after review.
5. General Notes
- Refunds are made only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via [email protected] with proof of payment and relevant details.
- Careermap.ng reserves the right to update this policy as needed, and the latest version will always be available on our website.
